WWF Campaign

I am thrilled to share my latest work sample, which I created as part of the application process for a sought-after program in graphic design. The task was to develop a campaign for WWF, focusing on increasing the number of "planet sponsors" by highlighting one of the projects WWF supports. I chose to focus on their commitment to combating the drought affecting Kenya and its wildlife.

The task was an exciting opportunity to combine my passion for graphic design with a commitment to social and environmental causes. The goal was to create a campaign that not only captured attention but also inspired and engaged people to become part of WWF's important work by becoming "planet sponsors."

To ensure seamless integration with WWF’s existing brand identity, I immersed myself in their graphic guidelines. By using similar colors, typography, and icons, I created two social media posts that fit smoothly into WWF’s visual flow while effectively conveying the urgent message.

Post 1 - "How can we help fighting the drought in Kenya?" The first post was designed to create attention and awareness. The design is inspired by a boat, but now consists solely of dry, cracked ground, accompanied by powerful, urging text. My aim with this was to capture users’ interest and encourage them to want to make a difference.

Post 2 - "Your donation makes a difference": The second post had a positive tone and focused on the results of previous efforts by "planet sponsors." Uplifting images of changes and progress, along with a clear call to join the solution, created a sense of hope and engagement.

Key Takeaways: This work sample not only represents my ability to create engaging campaigns with a focus on social responsibility but also expresses my passion for using graphic design as a tool for change and awareness.
